Our showroom can be found on the busy Brough Park Trading Estate in Newcastle. AR Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms has a fantastic range of quality kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and much more.

The stunning 9,000 sq ft showroom is packed with ideas for your home including full kitchen sets, fitted bedrooms, and full bathrooms on display. There’s also a selection of tiles, flooring, and bathroom cladding. You can even wander through a mock bungalow complete with a fitted home office, TV media wall and bar.

The family business was established around five years ago. And despite the pandemic, AR Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms has proved quite the success story. ‘Director’ Alan has worked in the kitchen industry for over 15 years. Fitting for some of the top companies in the UK.

The business started life working from laptops on the kitchen table. Taking samples to customers in car boots, then quickly realising demand was growing. It was time for the next step, opening a showroom on Shields Road in Byker. Yet within a year, and despite having to close during periods of lockdown, AR had outgrown it and moved to their current site on Brough Park Industrial Estate in January this year. Keeping it in the family, Alan’s wife, works in the admin side of the business with another two family members recently joining the team too. “We are very much a family business and this is reflected in our high levels of customer service. We adopt a hands-on approach and are very proud to have come through the Covid era and have still made a success of a relatively young business.”

The expansion has allowed AR Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms to grow its client base. The business recently put out tenders for a number of sites across Newcastle with big plans for the future. “Moving into bigger premises has allowed us to approach bigger companies, we strive to source the best products possible” said Alan. Alan said: “We make our units a little bit different. We use solid back boards and provide a colour matched carcass which matches the doors. As opposed to just a white kitchen carcass like most kitchen companies do.” As well as its vast range of kitchen designs, the business also specialises in bathrooms, fitted bedroom furniture, home office designs, bar areas and a whole lot more. There are also finance options available. Customers are at the heart of everything at AR Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms and the team regularly checks in on any ongoing and previous projects. Alan said: “People appreciate it. We are a local family business and the personal touch is something we pride ourselves on.”
